We ship out of pot with loose soil removed so as to promote easy re-establishment. Washing roots will wash off beneficial root bacteria and can result fashion in rot and poorer growth WE SHIP USA ONLY.
TIPS ABOUT YOUR NEW PLANTS: We recommend you plant your new cacti in MOIST soil. We recommend that you plant your cacti in the same size pot as the description says here. Do not over-pot your cacti, it greatly increases the chances of rot/death. Do not water your new cacti for 10 days after you plant them.
