Can vases be sexy? I mean, these certainly are. Up for grabs are a pair of vintage smoky greige glass vases made by German company WMF (Württembergische Metallwarenfabrikin) in the 1950s. While I can't find direct attribution of this exact fashion shape, these are in the style of Wilhelm Wagenfeld who helmed the small glass division of WMF during that time. They're thin walled and shapely with a flared opening and a footed base. The color is that perfect mid-century grey / cocoa color, so chic. These are in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks and just minor surface wear as expected for their age. They measure 9.5”h and one retains its original WMF sticker.
