This vintage and very rare Antigua Mascara Tribal mask is in very good condition with minimal vintage wear.

Most likely of South American/ Colombian origin.

The exact year this mask was carved is unknown.

It is beautifully hand painted in reds ,browns, gold, silver and black all hand carved of wood, there are two screws on the back of the mask holding a ribbon to hang it by.

This style of carving is rare for this region and it is exquisitely done.
