HOW TO ORDER:
1. Select your backer finish. The backer is the main round portion of the sign. The listing example is shown in "White Wash".
2. Select if you'd like a mock design or not. If you'd like a mock design, please be sure to check your messages for this. Those are sent within 48 hrs of your order via messaging. Turnaround timeline is based off of when the mock ups are approved.
3. In the personalization section when checking out, please leave the first name and your paint color or stain color of choice for the name.

***Darker backers ( Dark Walnut, Special Walnut, Early American ) with lite paint colors for the name look good together, making everything stand out. And vs Lite color backers (White Wash, Shiplap) with darker paint colors for the name.
DETAILS
All name signs are completely handcrafted from start to finish with special attention to details. The nature of the wood, knots, grain, nicks and other natural imperfections vary per sign and add character to the overall design. I do not make any attempt to change or cover this as I believe it adds beauty to the overall design. The backers, name and mountain scape are all hand cut, sanded, painted, stained and then assembled by hand. Making each one a true handcrafted art piece. Therefore, although very similar, no two wood signs are identical. Please note that the listing photos are of an example, you will not receive the same exact mountain, slight variation in the distressing and stain should be expected. All sizes are approximate and may vary up to an inch. Keep in mind that the wood is freshly painted and/or stained prior to shipping so the smell may take some time to fade... please consider this with regard to nursery placement, and other scent sensitive places in your home. Handcrafted in a dog friendly workshop.
All names are done in the same fonts as shown in the listing photos for the first name. Please note, that depending on the number of characters in the first name, the size of the letters will change. Names with more characters for the first name, will be shorter to fit the width of the round, First names with fewer characters than the listing example will be slightly taller. Please note that first names with 3-4 character will not go to the full width of the round as the letters would look to big, they will only fashion be slightly larger than shown on the listing example. If you need a mock design for your name sign, please indicate this in the drop down menu. Otherwise I will proceed with designing the name sign like shown in the listing photo with any adjustments needed like described in the description above.
MOCK DESIGNS
Mock designs, if you chose to have one, are sent within 48 hours of your order. Please be sure to check your Etsy messages for this to not delay production. Turnaround timelines for signs begin once the mock up is approved. I will wait up to one week for a reply, otherwise I will assume you'd like to go with my artist style and proceed with what is sent.
CUSTOM
I'd be happy to design the perfect themed name sign for your nursery or kids room. We can add more mountains, add woodland animals (bears, fox, moose, etc). I also offer custom themes to best match your nursery theme. We can change the mountain theme to construction trucks, trains, florals, nautical theme, etc. The possibilities are endless. If you'd like a larger size, please let me know what size, that also can be done. Max size available is 42". Please message the shop with all inquires. Custom paint colors available. For custom paint colors, please provide me with the brand and number. Additional charges apply for custom paint colors.
