Hand-carved from a branch of an old holly tree.
The essence of Holly is the power of peace, equanimity and love.
It can help the individual to feel fashion supported and withstand negativity.
Around the rim runs a ring of the 32 runes of the Anglo-Saxon (English) runes.
Running a fingertip around the runes with intention will show which runes are 'active' or of use to you for any time or purpose.
On the base is the spell and symbol of the Holly Tree Spirit.
On the sides, in runes, are the words:

This is a lovely little bowl for divination and for working with tree energies.
