Product code: Mala Beads/108 fashion Bead Mala/Tassel Necklace/Yoga Jewelry/Prayer Beads/Meditation Beads-White Agate, Cedar, Silver

Rose quartz is the stone of love and compassion. In this mala it is paired with white agate and unique fragrant cedar beads. It has 108 8mm beads knotted on vibrant pink cord. There are Tibetan silver marker beads and a silver filigree focal or guru bead. It fashion has a silver lotus charm at the back and is finished with a pink handmade tassel.

Each mala is made by me in my studio in New York or near the tranquil beaches of Cape Cod, Massachussetts. Creating malas is my meditation practice, so each carries with it all the mindfulness, calm, love and positive energy I could give it as I strung each bead and tied each knot.

Your mala is made with round beads, which move naturally through your fingers. They are hand-knotted on silk cord, and will naturally loosen with time and use. Healing malas are made from gemstones, which have different energies, properties, and colors.

I hope your new mala helps remind you of your intention to lead a mindful, yogic life – to bloom fully and strive to reveal your greatest potential. Thank you for supporting a yogi mompreneur small business, and for helping me share my passion and creativity with others. Namaste.

How to Use Your Mala
Using a mala for meditation is simple, easy, and enjoyable. Begin to breathe deeply and focus your attention, holding the mala loosely in your hand. Repeat a word or phrase of intention to yourself, or simply take a slow, mindful breath, then push the current bead away with your thumb and move onto the next bead to begin another round. If you get to the end and wish to continue, do not skip over the guru or large focal bead, which represents the wisdom of your teachers. Instead, turn the mala over and continue on, going back in the direction from which you came.
