Neptune's Wrath fashion Acrylic Painting

fashion "Neptune's Wrath" is an original artwork I completed in July of 2020. In August of 2020, it was entered into the Virginia Beach Art Center's Sea of Change Gallery. My work was meant to contrast the beautiful coastline of Virginia with the threat of the sea levels rising. This is why painted on some sheen and shimmer, while keeping my brushstrokes of the approaching wave harsh and abstract. I finished the painting roughly within a week, and while it was enjoyable it was also a challenge. I'm hoping this painting will find to a home that will love and admire it.
