Overall the condition of the fabric (holes/tears) is pretty good. The entirety of the quilt is heavily stained (I think?), or the areas that are light are perhaps bleached or had sun damage? There's a burn mark on the front (see photo), some holes on the backside. There's some fashion seam separation on the edges. The home I purchased this from was non smoking, and I don't detect a smoke smell on it but I can't be entirely certain. It has an aged/old smell to it. If you would like more photos, please ask. Pick up in Veradale or can ship. *I have not attempted to clean it since purchasing.
