It has 3 hooks with eyes down the front and a button at the top. Also has outer pockets. The measurements are as follows: 48” circumference (side to side) 13 1/2” sleeve (under arm to hand) 23” sleeve (shoulder to hand) 15” inside coat between sleeves (across back) 35” length fashion Outside across front is approx 20” when lined up with hook closures. Please email for any measurements I may have missed as there is no size marked inside coat. I believe it is a small. I ship to the United States only.
