⚠️ATTN "CUSTOM" DIGITAL FILE PURCHASES - your order is a custom- designed request that has been discussed fashion with us. These orders require collaboration, communication, and time. This type of purchase is not an "instant" download nor an "instant" process. Your custom files will be sent to your personal email once the agreed upon order has been processed & completed. The turnaround time will depend on how fast communication is from the buyer's side and the number of orders in our processing queue.

⚠️ IMPORTANT - White Pine Weddings is not responsible for processing or delivery of your printed sign. The print company we have partnered with is a separate entity and does not work in collaboration with WPW. We have no involvement on the printing side. However, should any issues arise with your order, we will be happy to get it resolved, on your behalf, as quickly as possible with the print company.

⚠️ FOAM BOARD is very fragile when being shipped, mostly because the delivery process can be brutal (packages getting tossed and thrown about). The print vendor double layers the bubble wrap on all corners to protect the foam board, however, if you see any damage due to the shipping, they will replace the prints for no extra charge. Just let me know right away so I can get the reprint process underway. Also, when you receive the package you should be able to gently cut open the box flaps to to remove the board. DO NOT open only one end of the box and then tug on it to pull it out, this may damage the corners.
