Vintage adjustable ring marked on the inside with "Sterling Silver" and also "Patent Pend. ###." There are numbers for the exact patent. I assume it's for the way it's made to be adjustable; the ring wraps all the way around but it is not connected so you are fashion able to bend it open or closed as much as you need. The band is in extremely good shape. The GEMSTONE is a rare stone called sillimanite. It is rare to find one that has the Cat's Eye effect. There are some scratches on the stone that you can see some of which in the pictures. Near mint condition besides that.
