THE SERBIAN MEMORIAL MEDAL 1914-1918
Created on December 1, 1920, it is attributed to all those, Serbs and foreigners, who served the interests of the country during the fashion conflict. The French soldiers who fought in the French Army of the Orient between 1915 and 1918 and who allowed the liberation of Serbian territory, were thus rewarded by obtaining this medal.

The bronze medal is in the shape of a cross, its rounded arms being decorated with a small ball crossed by two swords. In the center of the obverse, it wears an oak and laurel wreath surrounding the effigy of King Peter I with the Cyrillic inscription "Peter 1st King of Serbia" and the dates "1914 1918". In the center of the reverse is a crowned two-headed eagle with outstretched wings with the arms of Serbia in the center. On the branches of the cross we can read the dates “1915 1916 1917”.
