French Cottage Landscape Print - Watercolor painting

Incredible Vintage painting of a French cottage. This picture has a beautiful view of a quaint country cottage in France. This picture is a print. The print fashion does have a pencil signature of Boyer and the name of the cottage: Verme en Navern au; Landscape painting of French Cottage. I have researched the name; Andre Robert Boyer, 1909-1981. The picture also has printed on it: Copyright 1936 Camilla Lucas, NY, USA. I am assuming that this was printed in 1936.

This picture is in a pretty gold wood frame. The back of the frame is cardboard with a metal string to hang. Looks pretty old.
