Victorian Mourning Collar with black jet beads stitched on nude color netting is a fabulous, unique piece to accent a sweater, blouse or dress. The collar neckline is reinforced with black velvet with a snap closure which was recently done to enable usability and strength. The necklace has 9 V shaped pieces that are 17" long and 5" wide and measures 14 " at neckline.
