The creation of this pendant was much inspired by my husband's love for flying. It is the only jewelry piece that he wears daily and now made available for all hang gliding enthusiasts. This pendant can be worn with a sterling silver chain or leather cord, please make your preference at the drop down menu before checking out.

Pendant is handcrafted in fine silver clay, which transforms into .999% pure silver after being fired. It goes through the labor of love : etching, sanding, firing, oxidizing and burnishing to its final finish. In the nature of handmade jewelry, no two pieces are identical, but will be similar and vary in nuances. Sizing may also vary slightly due to the shrinkage of the clay during when it is fired. Shrinkage can be anywhere between 10-15%.
In maintaining similarity in size- the same circle template is used and most pendants are measuring 1 1/8" in diameter after fired. As this is a sports style pendant it will not be dainty, but slightly larger than a quarter ( See Pic 4) & smaller than a U.S. half dollar coin.

This listing is for the pendant that comes with a 30" leather cord - long enough for self adjustment to your length preference. 18" Sterling Silver Chain is optional at an additional cost. Customized pendant with name stamped on back is also available at an additional cost ( see drop down menu- up to 5 letters ). Please provide name in message box.
