fashion "The Ties That Bind" is a mixed media painting that studies the people, places and events (the ties) that bind us together. I created this piece on a 10 inch x 10 inch wood canvas using old book pages, acrylic paint, texture paste, and thread. It is ready to hang. The sides are paint purple to match the purple in the painting.
