This 26in Westinghouse LCD HDTV is perfect for any dorm or child's room. It does not have SmartTV capabilities built in, but it is compatible to a Roku Express, Amazon FireStick, etc. The Vivitar universal remote should already be paired to the TV, and the battery pack has no corrosion (AAA batteries are not included). The universal heavy duty stand swivels 30 degrees on each side and is height adjustable. There is a small amount of paint on the bottom of the TV as well as the cord (shown in last picture).
