Size S suitable for chest circumference 97-83cm, waist 60-64cm,hipline 84-88cm，Shoulder width 34-36cm，height 154-158cm.
Size M suitable for chest circumference 83-87cm, waist 64-68cm, hipline 88-92cm，Shoulder width 36-38cm，height 158-162cm.

When taking these measurements, use a cloth tape measure, not a metal one. Make sure that, when you circle your chest, waist, or hips, the tape is level and neither tooh tight nor too loose. Also measure yourself on your bare skin, not over clothes.
