Fenton fashion Blue Opalescent Hobnail Crimped Bowl

Beautiful vintage Fenton blue opalescent bowl with flared, ruffled and crimped rim. Made in the 1940s or very early 1950s. The edge is opalescent, and the opalescence continues in the upper hobnails, gradually diminishing toward the bottom, where the hobnails turn into the same lovely clear blue as the body.

The bowl is 7 1/8" long, 6" wide and 3 7/8" high, with a 2 3/8" base. Weight: 15 oz. In excellent condition with no chips, cracks or fashion scratches. Clean and very glossy surface inside and out. This beauty has been lovingly cared for.
