This is an antique 1886 German building or construction calendar/journal with many notes written in it, along with two items that were tucked inside it: A 1906 medical inspection card for a passage from Antwerp to Canada and a Deutches Reich Konigreich Preussen (Prussian) reise-pass (travel pass) dated May 26, 1907.
