Robusto dark brown colored Cigar Box, BlueTooth fashion system with Polk Audio speaker Excellent overall sound.

This Robusto style cigar box is the basis of this great compact BlueTooth speaker box. There are no penetrations in the cigar box and the speaker system is completely removable. Box is in very good condition and is 5.75" x 6" x 3.75" in size. Excellent gift idea for the discriminating customer.

Every cigar box system is unique to the enclosure and fashion is a one off fully custom creation. I am passionate in creating a beautiful and functional system that will serve its owner for years of use.


This cigar box speaker system is new for 2022 and is an exception system built on the bones of the ultra compact BlueTooth speaker system available on the store. The standard system has been modified to larger more efficient speakers, balanced crossover, tweeters, new power switch and larger battery.


AMPLIFIER: The amplifier is a 2.4Wrms/channel amplifier with exceptionally low noise and high efficiency. Very efficient amplifier with low distortion even at full volume.


BATTERY: The battery is rated at 14.8 Whr and allows for easy charging with any 5V USB charger. Plug in a micro USB to charge your battery. A dedicated charge controller and battery management system is fully integrated into the speaker. Expect over 20 hours of play at moderate volume. Charge with any micro USB charger cable from a USB charger.


SPEAKERS: The woofer is a Polk Audio 4" coaxial speaker. The coaxial tweet runs on it's own channel and provides a stereo signal. This speaker is well balanced and provides excellent volume due to it's high efficiency.


A wide variety of music presents accurately on this well balanced system. The crossover brings out the cymbals and the unique overtones of the saxophone. Perfect for a small smoking parlor or the describing audiophile.

All components are mounted in custom designed brackets which integrate directly into the baffle plate. Baffle plate can be easily removed and provide a great point of discussion while enjoying a fine cigar. Stainless steel machine screws provide a solid base for mounting the amp and power circuit boards.


POWER SWITCH: Mini Rocker On/Off switch is a positive click engages the amplifier to start your portable speaker.
