Fashion Man with Briefcase at Louvre Station

Opened in 1900, the Louvre-Rivoli Metro Station was given its current name in 1989, soon after the opening of the new entrance to the Louvre Museum. The platforms in this station are decorated with replicas of ancient art from the museum itself, the first fashion metro station to become culturally decorated. The Louvre Station is part of the greater Paris Metro, which transports millions of people to world-famous museums and destinations in England, Italy, Spain, and Germany.
