Northwood EAPG Grapes and Cable Vaseline Custard Butter Dish RARE Early
This is a very rare butter dish produced by Northwood circa 1900's. It is an off-white greenish-custard color. It looks like it would glow under black light.
Harry Northwood formed his company in Indiana Pennsylvania and introduced his famous custard glass in 1896. This item has a molded starburst base, pre-dating the underlined N maker's mark--indicating that it is one of the earliest pieces.
