As far as I'm aware the cords just need tobe reorganized and the device need something to boot into. I'm not sure if that means it need a Windows or Linux fashion operating system via USB or something, but I'm sure it's an easy fix for the right person. Selling as is. Great for someone that want to buikd their own computer from scratch.
