History fashion of The State of Colorado 1895 Volume IV By Frank Hall; The Rocky Mountain Historic Co. (Poor Condition)

Poor condition- and I love it!

The front cover and a few pages are completely off. The leather binding is missing, but pages are still thread together. Back board is hanging on slightly. Some pages are wrinkles, tethered, somewhat torn, or pulled out (only a few). The entirely fashion of this book appears to be there. I have treasured this piece for a long time, and purchased it in this condition.
