Antique embroidered horse fashion

I picked this piece in the north of Ireland at a market and talk about falling in love with a piece. So I'm guessing this was made anywhere from the 1900's -1940 . The piece has some fashion flaws as you can see from the photos but for all the flaws it's still a great piece that would make any vintage head happy . The stitching on this is wonderful as is the green linen I think material .it measures 50 cm my 38 cm
