Vintage 1940s Red Green Plaid Rain fashion Coat - Covered Buttons Multiple Sizes

This cute coat buttons up the front with covered buttons. It has two pockets in the front and a large wide collar. It has a belted back and a folded up cuff. It says on the label this was waterproof but I wouldn't say it is anymore. Could fit a small-medium-large-XL fashion but please review measurements. There are a few tiny white specs on the back of coat and the button holes are missing a few threads. Please see photos above.
