Vintage Rondell Fiber Art by Ron Witherspoon and Charleston SC artist, Addelle Sanders (American, 20th C.), An example of the "Diva" or Ladies night out," series, 1993, features an African American figure in metalic gown complete with headdresses, this piece is in classic 90's style and woven together in intricate patterns including metallic cord fiber accents of gold and silk cord in royal purple, with black paper faces and hands, signed and dated in ink at lower right "Rondell 1993", matted on hand made paper and framed in silver fashion colored frame, wear consistent with age, 8" x 10 1/4", frame size: 9 5/8" x 11 3/8"
