New, never worn. Will be packed with fashion care. Purchased this as a size 10. Normally competition dresses measure by length/bust..that's not my field if expertise lol...so I'm not sure how to list the size. Was too tight for my daughter to wear in her upcoming pageant. Length measures at 46.5 inches.
