This is the Spirit Halloween 2013 and 2014 Jumping Dog animatronic made by Telly Toys. Works perfectly, and I don't see anything wrong. Possible dent on back of head fashion (pictured) but could be there on the other models, and if it's not it's not noticeable from the front.
