An early 19th century religious book entitled, 'The New Testament of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ: Translated out of the Original Greek; and with the Former Translations Diligently Compared and Revised', printed by Abraham Low for the American Bible Society, in 1827. This is the 3rd edition, stereotyped by Baker & Greele, Boston.

The hardcover book is covered in brown leather. The overall condition is fair with wear to the covers, spine and edges. There is stains on the paper and foxing on the inside covers. The previous owners name is written in pencil, which is faded, on the fly page and inside cover as well as a couple of doodles. The book measures; 4 1/2" x 7 1/2".
